Three configurations:

• Precast yard straddle carrier — 30–200 t, lifting height up to 10 m, 0–3 m/min hoisting.
• Segmental straddle carrier — 50–250 t, lifting height up to 12 m, 0–2 m/min hoisting for match-cast segments.
• Customized industrial straddle carrier — 30–500 t for coils, plates, blades and oversized containers.

The segmental unit is built around positioning accuracy: hoisting is limited to 0–2 m/min with micro-speed control and the lifting height goes up to 12 m for short-line match casting and on-deck assembly. The precast yard unit is faster in travel (up to 6 km/h) and hoisting (up to 3 m/min), with a 10 m lifting height for multi-tier storage, and is available with a full battery electric power pack.

Box girders, T-beams, I-beams, U-beams and precast segments. The spreader is the part that changes: lifting beams, C-hooks or hydraulic clamps are matched to the element geometry. Industrial units add magnetic lifters and telescopic beams for steel coils, plates, wind turbine blades and containers.

The inside clear width is built to the payload, so it is set by the widest element rather than by a standard model. The aisle and turning envelope come from the steering mode: straight, transverse, diagonal crab, or a 360° pivot that lets the machine rotate in place. Send the yard plan and the element list and both dimensions are fixed at design stage.

Yes. Power options are diesel-hydraulic, diesel-electric, or a full battery electric pack with zero tailpipe emissions. The battery option is normally specified for indoor or enclosed casting yards where ventilation is limited.

Yes. The carrier takes the element from the casting bed, moves it to the storage row or directly to the load-out point, and places it on the transporter. The transporter then delivers it to the launching gantry, so the three machines are specified together as one yard-to-span package.

Load is distributed through multi-axle hydraulic suspension, which equalizes pressure between wheels instead of concentrating it on one axle. Tyre size, axle count and payload determine the actual ground bearing pressure, and the figures are checked against the yard pavement before the machine is built.
