Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts of Henan Province, People's Republic of China. You hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

10. Dispute Resolution

If an informal resolution cannot be reached within sixty (60) days, any dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation in accordance with Section 9 above.
