Project Background

This project serves a large steel structure and precast component production base. It handles lifting, transferring, and stacking of large steel beams and bridge components. Strict Load Testing Process

To ensure design standards, HSCRANE developed a complete load test plan. It strictly follows national and industry standards.

  1. No-load test: First, check lifting, crane, and trolley mechanisms and safety devices. Ensure smooth equipment operation without abnormal noise or vibration.
  2. Rated load test: Then, lift the 320-ton test load. Perform continuous lifting, lowering, traveling, and braking movements. All mechanisms ran smoothly. Motors, electronic controls, and steel structures performed normally.
  3. 125% static load test: Finally, lift a 400-ton test load per industry specifications. Keep it at the specified height for a set time. Main girder deflection, structural deformation, and weld status met design requirements. The main structure had no permanent deformation after unloading. All data met acceptance standards.
  4. Process monitoring: A professional technical team monitored the entire testing process. They used laser rangefinders, stress testing equipment, and data collection systems. Key parameters like deformation, speed, current, voltage, and braking torque were recorded and analyzed.
